GERAKAN MELINDUNGI HAK PILIH ( GMHK ) PADA PEMILIHAN UMUM TAHUN 2019 DI PPS KELURAHAN PANGONGANGAN

Madiun, 10 Oktober 2019, Menindaklanjuti hasil rapat Koordinasi penyempurnaansi DPTHP-1 Pemilu 2019, tanggal 9 Oktober 2018 di KPU Kota Madiun, dilakukan kegiatan penyempurnaan Daftar Pemilih selama 60 hari.
Dalam rentang waktu tersebut, PPS Kelurahan Pangongangan mengoptimalkan kerja dengan mengadakan Gerakan Melindungi Hak Pilih (GMHP) pada tanggal 1-28 Oktober 2018 untuk tiga hal:
- Membersihkan Daftar Pemilih dari data ganda maupun data anomali;
- Memperbaiki elemen data Pemilih;
- Mendata pemilih baru.
Khusus mendata pemilih baru, KPU akan mendata pemilih yg telah memiliki e-Ktp maupun yang belum hingga warga negara yang belum memiliki dokumen kependudukan, termasuk didalamnya napi di lapas/rutan, kaum miskin kota dan komunitas masyarakat adat yang belum memiliki dokumen kependudukan dan lainnya.
Sesuai namanya, gerakan ini bertujuan melindungi hak warga negara untuk dapat memilih pada pemilu 2019. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini dapat memenuhi target Penyempurnaan Daftar Pemilih, DPT bersih, selamatkan hak pilih.
Kegiatan dalam Posko GMHP :
- Adanya meja pelayanan GMHP;
- Petugas piket layanan GMHP;
- Waktu pelayanan Posko GMHP mulai dengan pukul 09.00 sampai dengan 15.00 WIB;
- Gerakan Melindung Hak Pilih Serentak
PPS melakukan sosialisasi GMHP serentak yang akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Oktober 2018. GMHP serentak ini mengundang ketua RW dan Lurah di wilayah kerja masing-masing.
- Sosialisasi Keliling Langsung Kepada Warga/Masyarakat
PPK dan PPS menggunakan alat transportasi untuk woro-woro menginformasikan GMHP kepada masyarakat sekitar. Sosialisasi ini juga membagikan doorprize kepada masyarakat yang berperan serta dalam GMHP tersebut.
- Sosialisasi Outdoor
PPS Keluraan Pangongangan bersama PPK Kecamatan Manguharjo melaksanakan sosialisasi outdoor yang akan dipusatkan pada Car Free Day di Jl. Pahlawan. Sosialisasi ini dapat dilakukan di tempat keramaian lainnya sehingga informasi dapat menyebar ke seluruh wilayah di Kota Madiun. Acara ini akan serentak dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 Oktober 2018. Pemerintah Kota Madiun telah memfasilitasi kegiatan tersebut akses wifi @pemkotmadiun di setiap lingkungan RT/RW sudah terpasang. Akses internet ini digunakan untuk memfasilitasi masyarakat melakukan cek DPT . bisa cek/klik disini
