Bpk. Armaya yang baru dilantik oleh Gubernur Jawa Timur, Soekarwo sebagai Wakil Walikota Madiun 26 Oktober 2017 lalu, memperkenalkan dirinya di depan warga Kelurahan Pangongangan yang hadir pada kunker Walikota Madiun di Kecamatan Manguharjo. Disampaikan pada sambutan Wakil Walikota, Bpk. Armaya pada kunjungan kerjanya, Selasa (28/11/2017).
Selain memperkenal dirinya Bpk. Armaya juga memperkenalkan jajaran perangkat OPDnya kepada masyarakat.
Armaya menyampaikan sebagai wakil walikota tugasnya untuk melanjutkan apa yang telah menjadi prioritas program pembangunan Baris II.
“Kami mengajak seluruh komponen masyarakat agar selalu menjaga kebersihab keamanan ketertiban agar senantiasa Kota Madiun tetap aman nyaman dan kondusif serta selalh mendukung dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam progran pemerintah,” ajak Bpk. Armaya.
Selain itu sebentar lagi, lanjutnya, kita akan memasuki tahun politik dimana pada bulan Juli 2018 nanti akan ada pesta demokrasi dan kebetulan Kota Madiun juga punya hajat yakni pemilihan Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Madiun. “Agar warga Kota Madiun, khususnya warga Josenan agar menjaga keamanan ketertiban agar jalannya proses demokrasi berjalan dengan baik, selain itu jangan meninggalkan sisa kegaduhan atau ketidakkondusifan karena jika gaduh proses pembangunan akan mandeg dan yang akan dirugikan masyarakat juga,” Pesannya.
Sementara itu Sekretaris Daerah Kota Madiun, Bpk. Maidi menyampaikan bahwa Januari 2018 akan dilaksanakan Musrenbang tingkat Kelurahan lagi dimana dalam musrenbang tersebut akan menyusun anggaran untuk tahun 2018. “Jangan sampai kelewatan apa – apa yang akan diusulkan, apa saja yang 2017 dan 2018 belum dilaksankan bisa dimasukkan pada musrenbang tersebut,” Pesan Mantan pengajar ini.
Lebih lanjut, Bpk. Maidi menekankan kebutuhan masyarakat kecil harus diutamakan selain itu meminta kepada masyarakat agar selalu melakukan kroscek mana usulan yang sudah dilaksanakan dan mana yang belum dilaksanakan terutama yang berkaitan dengan kepentingan masyarakat.
